Advantage PCA Services is a trusted, state-wide provider of Home Care services that are tailored to meet our clients’ varying individual and specific needs. We are a fully certified, bonded and insured Agency with the state of Minnesota providing both PCPO (standard PCA) and PCA choice services.
Prior to employment, our highly trained PCA's must pass thorough interviews, a Minnesota state background study along with personal and professional background checks. They are also trained in several emergency and safety procedures. All PCA's are required to complete an on-the-job orientation at each home they
provide care in. In addition, our PCA's are regularly supervised and evaluated by our Agency RN's / Clinical Mgmt to ensure that our high service standards are continuously being met. Consequently, our team abides by a higher code of work ethic in home care.
Our Agency RN's also provide FREE home safety inspections to our clients to ensure safety is always being considered in the home.
Advantage PCA Services will begin by reviewing your needs through discussions with you, family members and when necessary, with healthcare providers. Our service coordinator carefully selects the in home care giver with the necessary experience and personality that is best suited to the needs of each client. Next, we arrange for the caregiver to visit your home with us so that you can participate in the selection process.
